Meshal was one of the first people who appreciated the value added of the Smart Vaccine as the dynamic autonomic agent to vaccinate the critical systems that manage the infrastructures in Smart Cities. He is one of the most avid promoters of the concept of Digital Immunity. His strategic vision is to deploy The Smart Vaccine™ to immunize the power grid in the UAE.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in Information Security & Technology, Meshal currently is a member in the UAE mGovernment Committee in charge of the transformation into a Smart Government. Throughout his prolonged experience in leading cyber-security incident handling across the UAE government as well as all sectors, and his wide expertise in the information Security & Technology field has enabled me to continuously progress and contribute tremendously in this subject of matter.

Meshal responsibilities covered managing the operations and maintenance of the aeCERT IT Infrastructure and applications, cyber-security incident response Digital Forensics & Investigations. He is an active member in multiple information security committees and taskforces, locally, regionally and internationally.

Recently, he lead the project to establish the region's first mobile government center of digital innovation that supports government agencies transformation to providing services via smart devices. Creating a regional TechHub that hosts talents and technology providers in a rich environment that nurtures the UAE society and build capacity equipped with digital skills.

Meshal is an active contributor to the CEWPS/Smart Vaccine project.

Meshal holds a Masters in Computer Science Engineering from Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research
